The City of Refuge, otherwise known as COR was founded in 2001 by the legendary Hip Hop Apostle, otherwise known as “Mr. Del,” Del Lawrence at the University of Memphis’s campus in Memphis, Tennessee. COR has since expanded beyond its local community and become a META church reaching and engaging people around the world. No matter where you live you can now become a part of the COR family.
